Peniel Gospel Team (PGT) is led by Rev. Mammen Joseph, who left his native Kerala in South India to serve as a pioneer missionary in Northeast India. Under the leadership of Bro. Mammen, PGT has trained and sent out over 50 pastor-evangelists and missionaries to take the Gospel to unreached tribal groups scattered over a large swath of Northeast India and Bhutan. By God’s grace, many congregations have been born through their labors. PGT specializes in using Gospel literature distribution and free schools for the poor to reach the masses. PGT also runs a one-year Bible school to train village believers for the ministry.
